Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

Molave commits that an order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Order before 2PM PST for same-day processing. An invoice and tracking information will be sent via email.

For standard free shipping, transit time may be around 5-7 business days excluding weekends and US holidays. Personalized or embroidered items will need an additional 2-3 business days processing. 

Longer shipping times may be experienced during peak seasons. Rest assured that we will notify you via email should this event happens.

North America Order Fulfillment

All U.S. orders over $50 (after applicable discounts) will have a STANDARD FREE SHIPPING.

All Canada orders over CAD $125(after applicable discounts) will have a STANDARD FREE SHIPPING.

Any orders less than $50 (USD) and $125(CAD) will incur a shipping fee based on location and/or selected courier. Canada orders may also incur additional fee for duties and taxes as required, to be paid for by customer.

Molave commits to continuously strive and work with major couriers (USPS,UPS, Fedex, DHL etc) to provide you with the most affordable shipping rates. 

 

Philippines Order Fulfillment

All Philippines orders over Php 2,000 (after applicable discounts) will have a STANDARD FREE SHIPPING. Any order less that Php 2,000 will incur a flat rate of Php 100 to any location in the general Metro Manila areas, and the provinces situated in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao.

Customers bear full responsibility for fees and/or charges associated with reshipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
