As such, every product undergoes an additional quality control (QC) process before leaving our warehouse, guaranteeing that only merchandise meeting our strict criteria is shipped to our customers.

An order is eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
The merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the exception of the tissue paper that wraps the merchandise, which may or may not come with the return, as a result of standard fitting practices.Β
CONDITIONS:
1. Used or Damaged Items -Items that are returned used, washed or damaged in any way is not eligible for a return or refund.
2. Poorly packaged returns, or any items not in their original packaging or in a sellable condition will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the item's price.
3. An order is allowed 1 return, additional returns from the same order will be charged a corresponding shipping fee.
4.Items with personalized embroidery and/or tagged as Final Sale items, if applicable, are ineligible for returns and/or exchanges
These conditions help us maintain the quality and integrity of our products, ensuring the best possible experience for all our customers.
Please inspect your ordered merchandise upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FREE returns and exchanges for all eligible US and Canada orders. Please note, Canada orders, and any item for return and/or exchange will be subject to applicable customs duties and taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) as required and will be charged to the buyer.Β
Additional Guidelines for Philippines returns.Β A FREE Store Credit corresponding to the returned merchandise amount plus taxes and fees (whenever applicable) will be provided.Β
EXCHANGES
An item is eligible for exchange for any size or color of the same style within 30 days of the delivery date.
Any incorrect and/or defective merchandise received will be replaced with the same item only.
We are not currently providing exchange services for international orders.

REFUNDS
A refund for an accepted return will be issued for the value of goods, plus applicable taxes made to the original payment method only. We are currently not offering store credits.Β
The refund process starts within 2 business days from receipt of the request. A notification will be sent accordingly for any additional updates.
